lot of people need to exercise so incourage you friends and family to exercise.like go to the gym at the end of the week. or go take a walk or play at the park. lot of things to do to during the week and weekend!

Exercise Is Awesome

Exercise is awesome!!!!! If you exercise enough you will stay healthy and you will feel great. Everyday I go outside and exercise. I play basket ball or go swiming or just run around. Some sports I do are tennis, tumbling, and ballet. Exercise can be so much fun when you keep doing it. If you keep training hard and always practice in a sport you could be part of the history of exercise!!!! You should at least exercise 30 minutes a day.Some days i just go out to my backyard and jump on my trampoline. You also need to eat healthy. Insted of having a donut or somthing unhealthy for breakfast have fruit, cereal, or toast or anything else that is healthy. Insted of having fast food restaraunts have a salad or a healthy sandwich. You also need to sleep the right amount so then you have enough energy to exercise. Some people dont exercise enough because insted they are sitting on the couch watching T.V and eating unhealthy things. I think they need to get up and get outside. I hope more people exercise then sit on the couch and be lazy.Everyone should be exercising to stay healthy and to keep fit so you do not become FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you dont exersice enough and you are reading this post then you should eat healthy, stay healthy, and be healthy :) :)

Everyone should exercise. You should exercise everyday so you can stay healthy. You should sleep the right amount of time so then you have enough energy to exercise the next day.

Exercise isn't about being healthy. It's also about keeping strong and not giving up. If you exercise alot  you will not get sick as much as a person who doesn't exercise. So you should always exercise but also eat healthy. If you exercise but don't eat healthy you will be sick alot. If you switch that around you will be sick also.
